At Omni Pet, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Requests

Customers may request assistance regarding their order within 30 days of receiving their item.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may prevent us from processing your request.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with clear photographic or video evidence.

After reviewing the information provided, Omni Pet may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Store credit

The solution offered will depend on the nature and severity of the issue.


Returns

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, customers are generally not required to return items in order to receive assistance.

Do not send products back without contacting us first.

Any unauthorized return may be refused.


Order Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs procedures
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted in situations including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after the order has been shipped
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to provide evidence of the reported issue
  • Normal wear and tear resulting from product use
  • Minor variations in color, appearance, or packaging that do not affect product functionality
